Description 1.Participates in annual business planning process to formulate the overall Group yearly objectives and takes active role to strategize his own area and annual targets. Accordingly develops and sets the Group marketing strategy, submits it to the CEO for review and approval. 2.In collaboration with his direct reports, the Marketing Director sets and approves the yearly objectives for his direct reports, ensuring alignment with the Groups yearly objectives. Monitors the timely achievement of subordinate targets and acts as second line support in critical cases. 3.In collaboration with the Sales Director, sets the appropriate strategies and policies regarding pricing, promotion, product and distribution of products and services in local and export markets. 4.Develops the annual marketing plan for the overseen activities, and presents the department budget to the CEO for review and approval. Ensures adherence to the set budget while auditing unnecessary deviation from the set plan. 5.Directs and manages market and customer research activities and reviews reports and statistical analysis of research results. Analyzes market conditions, competition, price trends, and customer requirements to identify the target markets and apply the appropriate pricing policies for different brands to ensure the achievement of sales and profit targets
Qualifications BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing, MBA is preferable. Not less than 10 years of experience.
