Description —Ensure high standards of financial control are maintained and that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented, reviewed and validated. —Participation in Real Estate Development Strategy. —Management of the finance function and oversight of the finance team. —Work with Account leadership and C&W Corporate Finance to ensure proper accounting and reporting of expenses —Oversight of the production of commercially astute management information and analysis to support the business plan. —Preparation of budgets, forecasts and cash flow reporting —Forecasting, financial modeling and expense analysis —Cash management and oversight of expense disbursements —Responsible to identify potential risk to business plan —Maintenance of financial ledgers and accounting processes and controls —Timely production of internal financial reports —Monthly preparation of Monthly Invoicing and financial reporting to client —Monthly preparation of Consolidated P&L and Balance Sheet —Reviewing and upgrading reporting systems and internal control procedures —Reviewing core business transactions including proposed Heads of Terms for new lettings, rent reviews and appointment of professional advisers.
Qualifications •8-11 years experience and must have experience with Real Estate development companies. •Solid managerial experience (leading and training). •Organizational and good forward planning and delegation skills. •Excellent communication, report writing, analytical and accountancy skills. •A working knowledge of consolidation/general ledger systems and property accounting systems . •Reviewing and upgrading reporting systems and internal control procedures.
