Description — Greets visitors and performs general administrative duties — Respond to the customer inquiries by answering all incoming calls handle callers inquiries & direct calls to the appropriate person — Direct the visitors to the appropriate staff member — Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondences — Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings & conferences — Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies — Provide general administrative support to management including scanning, faxing and copying — Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails — Schedule and coordinate appointments and travel arrangements — Pick up and deliver the mail — Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
Qualifications Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook. Communications skills Time management skills,
