Job Description,
· Working under CRM Department.
· Gathering Competitors and customer information.
· Maintaining and developing relationships with existing & new customers via telephone calls / emails / customer meetings.
· Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements to meet their expectations.
· Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
· Closing deals with customers
· Achieve Quota level.

Skills/Qualifications:
Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information , Multi-tasking.

Location : Nasr City.
