Title: International Call center Advisor

**JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Handle British Customers inquires and
complaints.
-Log customer details on the CRM.
-Provide customer with accurate information
and right solutions.
-Performs other duties as assigned by
management
**REQUIREMENTS:
1) Graduates and Undergraduates
2) Fluent English with Native accent
3) Excellent communication & problem solving
Skills
4) Flexible with shift basis (10 hours rotational
shifts 5 days a week and 2 days off)
5) Egyptian Nationality
6) Military Service status: Finished or Exempted
