**JOB DESCRIPTION:
Act as a front line interface with customers acquiring any directory information and all kind of reservations & booking:
• Offer live assistance to the customers calling this service.
• Provide internal and external customers with accurate and timely information.
• Own and manage the client relationship: resolving calls efficiently and effectively.
**REQUIREMENTS:
• Age between 21 and 25 ( fresh graduates are preferable
• Fluent English
• Good second language ( French , Russian , Italian , Spanish , German )
• Outgoing
• V. good in surfing the internet
• Excellent communication skills
