•Assessment of insurance applications according
to the company underwriting standards.

manner.
•Request appropriate medical evidences within
agreed limits and refer to Underwriting Team
Manager when necessary.

•Bachelor degree preferably in Medical Sciences
•Highly qualified office user (Excel, Word, and
Outlook)
•Highly Numerate
•Good command of English
•English & Arabic typing
•Good medical knowledge

•Ensure timely, accurate processing of all claims &
proactive effective communication of the
company's decisions/requirements with internal &
external customers.
•Contribute in developing a process to deal with
cold cases & ensure all reasonable efforts have
been made to assess each claim.
•Ensure all standards business procedures are up
to date & clearly documented to a high standard.
•Ensure accurate & complete claims records are
maintained, both electronically & physically to
meet legal, regulatory & internal requirements.
•Provide regular reporting of claims KPIs to
facilitate management.
Qualifications
•Bachelor degree preferably in Medical Sciences.
•Full understanding of Egyptian insurance law
pertaining to insurance claims.
•0-2 years of experience in the field of insurance
claims or understanding.
•Team worker with good leadership skills.
