Description -Working as team member reporting to the MEP Contracts Administrator and will be responsible for MEP Quantity Surveying activities and duties assigned by the MEP Contracts Administrator. -Advising the MEP Contracts Administrator on cost and contract matters generally including estimates of cost of proposed Variation Orders in accordance with agreed Change Management procedures. -Under taking site measurements with subcontractors on site -Submission of payment applications and payments. -Submission of records off all sub-contractors agreement and payments. -Submission of the cost Reports and cash flow forecast. -Manage and co-ordinate the variation Order approval process, Liaise with members of the Project Team for confirmation and issue a schedule of costs related to modifications or variations to the MEP Contracts Administrator. -Monitor Mechanical and Electrical design progress, material and equipment procurement and construction and commissioning status with respect to commercial impacts on site project. -Co-ordinate with the Project Team to ensure that all progress payments are in accordance to approved procedures. -Assist in the approval of any claim for cost Variations or major change to the design.
Qualifications -8 years post graduate experience in similar position. -IT proficient with extensive exposure to spreadsheets.

Experience 6 - 9 Years.
Other Skills -Experience in relevant international contracting companies. -Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
Salary (L.E.) Negotiable
Comments Ability to travel and work outside Egypt.
