Responsibilities
• To contact new leads, introduce the company and
its services and convert
potential leads into live accounts.
• To monitor existing client accounts and follow up
on dormant accounts to resell services.
• Be able to demonstrate a full knowledge of all
products, relevant selling points and benefits &
maintain high standard of personal presentation.
• Attend networking events and exhibitions to
attract new leads and promote the company in a
professional manner.
• To arrange and attend client meetings.
• To provide daily reports via a CMS to
management updating them on all new and
potential leads.
• Meet monthly targets.
Requirements:
• Previous sales experience is a must (2-10 Yrs
Exp)
• Fluent Arabic & English; knowledge of a third
language is an advantage as well as background in
FOREX or online trading.
• Manages difficult or emotional customer
situations; Responds promptly to customer needs;
Meets commitments.
• Maintains confidentiality; Listens to others
without interrupting & good attention to details;
Keeps emotions under control and be able to cold
call potential clients with confidence.
• Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or
negative situations; listens and gets clarification;
responds well to questions.
• Organized manner and proactive in obtaining new
business.
• Initiative and creative with ways of generating
new business and promoting the company.
• Enthusiasm, reliability and the ability to multi-
task.
