Job Title: Back Office Engineer
Gender: Female
Experience: 1-3 years in the medical equipment
field.
Educational background: BSc degree in
Biomedical Engineering.
Job description:
1) Following up the release of spare parts.
2) Recording the actual cost and total sales of
all spare parts purchasing orders released
monthly.
3) Create spare parts orders to be sent to
Logistics Department and get approvals by Area
Manager and Head of Maintenance Department.
4) Following up orders with Logistics
Department until delivery to the warehouse and
notifying Area Manager and Head of
Maintenance Department.
5) Recording hospitals database (e.g.: recording
the machines located in each hospital and their
situations regarding warranty and contracts...).
6) Contacting foreign companies to support
service engineers in their inquiries and
malfunctions they face.
7) Receiving and following up the malfunction
calls and faxes.
8) Supporting service engineers in reviewing
machines manuals.
9) Perform other duties as assigned.
