Main Responsibilities:
• organize and supervise all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office.
• carries out a range of administrative tasks, depending on the employing organization.
• managing filing systems
• recording office expenditure and managing the budge
• organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment
• booking transport and accommodation
• managing office budgets
• Recruits, screens, tests and filters candidates to fill vacant positions
• Responds to inquiries regarding policies and procedures.
• Adheres to company attendance standards.
• Requirements:
1) 1+ Years of experience
2) Fluency in English
3) Excellent communication Skills
4) Working under pressure
