Account Manager
Account Manager is urgently needed for a media
agency.
The Social Media Account Manager is
responsible for ongoing management; continuity
and execution of social media influence
marketing strategy and programs on the behalf
of his or her assigned clients.
The Social Media Account Manager works to
ensure Social Calendar, activities and
campaigns requirements are being executed and
that overall program goals are being met on a
daily, weekly and monthly basis (on schedule
and on goal). The Account Manager also
proactively ensures issues, successes and key
insights are being escalated and reported in a
timely manner throughout a client campaign or
program.
He/She will work with the team to identify
relevant and targeted influences as well as the
overall outreach Digital strategy, and he or she
will be responsible for all communications, daily
management and reporting, among other things.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Handle all the communications with the client.
• Prepare digital and community building
strategies.
• Provide day-to-day supervision and execution
of client campaigns including (and not limited
to) social media channel and community
management, content creation, digital public
relations, promotions, partnerships, blogging,
online events, etc.
• Manage team resources and work closely with
the Senior Account Manager to ensure
campaigns are on strategy, time and targets.
• Keep being updated with the social media
trends and proactively plan for ongoing
campaigns based on the social mood of the
community. (And moderate the brainstorming
sessions if needed).
• Ongoing account monitoring and preparing
reports & feedback sessions.
• Offer key insights for improving strategies to
enhance results
• Understand basic research techniques and
methodologies and use them to support
development/execution of client campaigns.
Qualifications:
• Marketing Major Graduates
• Language school graduates is a must.
• Fluency in written and spoken English/Arabic.
• 1-2 years’ experience in the same field.
[Preferably coming from social media or
advertising background].
• Social media/ marketing knowledge.
• Proficiency in using MS Office application.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly
attitude.
• Must be able to work well under pressure.
• Punctual and responsible.
Job Specification:
• Location: Heliopolis.
• Working hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM or 10:30
AM To 6:30 PM
• Days Off: Fridays and Saturdays.
• Salary: Basic + Commission
