Position: Customer Service\Back Office Agent
Department: Customer Service

Africa and the Middle East starting with Egypt.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting daily outbound calls to follow up
with taxi drivers and maintain proper conduct.
- Handle inbound queue of customers (drivers
and passengers).
- Maintains and updates drivers’ database.
Required Skills:
- Graduate
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience.
- English proficiency verbal and written
- Strong analytical skills
- Team player
- Business oriented
