A Client Relations Specialist is needed to work for
a reputable Real Estate company.
Responsibilities:
• Answering all clients inquires and handles their
needs, complaints, and comment under the
supervision of the Client Relations Director.
• Provide best service to all clients to achieve
highest level of client satisfaction.
• Provide accurate and proper information to
clients with complete and comprehensive
understanding of the company’s product.
• Resolve clients’ complaints in time and in an
appropriate manner.
• Deal with all clients in a professional, positive
and trustworthy manner.
• Provide relevant clients’ feedback to the direct
manager and to the right department.
• Report Client Relations department activities to
the direct manager on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in any discipline
• 2 – 4 years of experience in real estates is a
must.

• Excellent communication and verbal skills

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Self confident with professional behavior and
attitude
• High sense of time management
• Excellent computer skills
