Description — Work proactively to support the CEO and work as part of the executive team . — Assisting in overseeing all sectors / Departments by Prepare monthly analysis reports . — conducting research , overseeing, preparing statistical reports for all running projects . — Management and constant upkeep of contact database and related information — Facilitate the smooth day to day running of the executive office and provide high level of administrative support by mange correspondence , receiving visitor , memos , letters , events paper reports ,arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings , managing and coordinate CEO calendar meetings .
Qualifications •Excellent organizational skills and dedication to responsibilities; prioritization and efficiency. • Excellent Communication skills. •Presentable – details oriented •Eager to work in the NGOs environment
