- Work with market management to ensure market-level strategic and business objectives are met by the sales team.
- Direct and support sales team to achieve sales objectives.
- Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current and prospective customers.
- Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
- Analyzes the market's potential.
- Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to achieve sales target.
- Maintain customers' satisfaction.
Job Qualifications:-
- From 2-3 years experience as sales supervisor, specialized in HORECA (food service)
- Age: maximum 30 years.
- Education:- Bachelor of commerce or any equivalent degree.
- Management skills, leadership skills and strong communication skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Result oriented and procedures oriented.
- Good business sense and a professional manner.
