Document Process Coordinator is urgently needed

Document Process Coordinator is urgently needed with the following Job Description: Ensure proper completion, accuracy and Validity of member’s data. Ensure accurate and up to date calculation of subscriptions for members. Review members’ subscriptions against the plan. Calculate subscriptions required for additions. Highlight any deviations against the system. Renewals report as requested by the department manager. Rename and allocate scanned documents of pouches. Confirm to the admin and membership team the completion of e-filing.
Job Qualifications: Have strong written and oral communication skills. Goal oriented. Have good organizational and administrative skills. Have strong Leadership skills. Ability to perform under stress.
Perfect Command of English language is a MUST.
Experience: 0 - 2 Years.
Other Skills: Have strong knowledge of accounting process. Have strong computer skills. (Knowledge of project management software is an asset)
