** Senior Design Mechanical Engineer ** located @ KSA
Education : Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering
At least 10 years experience in the following fields:
-Monitor the work of his Junior Engineer.
-Responsible to guide the team members under him and analysis the final output.
-Provide mentoring and coaching assistance to develop junior engineers.
-Responsible for the development of his team and analysis the output as whether it falls under the client specification or not.
-Responsible to enhance his knowledge and ability in the field of scientific analysis, engineering principle and project management.
-Provides expert technical information concerning HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting materials, properties, and process advantages and limitations which affect long range engineering planning by carefully analyzing and applying advanced engineering and scientific concepts.
-Responsible to perform all responsibility in secure manner with the development of new equipment that meets policies, guidelines and safety codes.
-Provides expert technical advises and recommendations, leads internal design reviews, quality assurance and proposes methodology for problem-solving and analysis on complex design or clients issues. Researches and develops technology.
-Communicates and coordinates with departments to provide recommendations, lessons learned, methods for problem-solving, analysis methodology, etc. to maximize contribution to multiple projects.
-Conducts analysis pertaining to the department development of new designs, methods, materials, equipment or processes and completes required documentation by determining required actions, performing or directing completion of tasks and publishing findings and/or results.
