- Handle Customers’ inquiries related to technical problems
- Provide the customers with quick solutions and exceed their expectations

Requirements:
- Graduates with a bachelor degree
- Technical and troubleshooting background in networking
- Good knowledge of CCNA
- Max. age :27 years old
- Very good command of English Language
- Males Only (Exempted/Completed Military Service)

Work Conditions:
- Location: El Mohandessin
- Working Hours: 8 working hours rotational shifts & 2 days
- Net Salary: 1850
