Design &Qualification Engineer is required with the Following Details :

- Education : Mechanical or production Engineering
- With 3 years or more experience in (pharmaceutical or food or personal care) back ground in a pharma company

-- Job Description:

1. Design PW , WFI & PS systems for pharma. Including :
-Prepare AutoCAD Drawings..
-Calculate pressures, flows For the loop
-Prepare Isometric & Welding maps Drawings.
-Prepare P&ID Drawings
-Prepare design documentation as Technical offer , Functional Specification .
-Prepare / revise SOPs for installation, Welding , passivation , sanitization .

2. Qualification for sold utilities & systems .
-Qualification Protocol execution.
-Filling qualification protocols.
-Prepare / Revise Qualification protocols.

3. Project Manager .
-Prepare & Keep track for Projects Tasks & Time Plan
-Keep track for Project Cost Center .
-Follow up the execution of the project as designed and update the design for any changes.
