SAP Consultant & IT Support Specialist are needed
at Orange
1) SAP Consultant: 1) Provide effective solutions
to business requirements using existing SAP
applications, or by recommending solutions for
requirements that are not met by existing
applications (may be modifications, enhancements
and/or new software).
2) Participate in all phases of the application
development and implementation cycle including
needs assessment, project planning, configuration,
mapping, training and on-going support.
3) Work with business users to identify needs and
define business case.
4) Perform SAP configuration,Coordinating and
providing process documentation in global
template projects.
5) Minimum (2) years experience in system
analysis, business requirements.
6) Minimum (2) years experience with SAP.
7) Strong Knowledge of capabilities provided in
SAP configuration and Business Process design
skill.
8) Excellent command of English level (speaking
and writing), additional languages French.
9) Strong knowledge and background in their
related SAP area.
10) Strong communication skills and team
member.
2) IT Support Specialist: Fluency in both English &
French is a MUST
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Ability to understand customer infrastructure &
Services offered by Orange
Excellent customer handling skills & focus
Ability to work under pressure and to deal with
multiple tasks
Educational background:
B.Sc in Electrical Engineering (Communication
section) or Computer science
Experience or knowledge with the following
platforms is a plus
- UNIX - Sun Solaris 5, 6 and above
- Windows server 2000, 2003
- Good understanding of the Internet Protocol
Suite (TCP/IP)
- Messaging services such as (Lotus Notes,
Microsoft Exchange, SMTP relays)
- Web and application technologies
- Security solutions: Reverse & Forward Proxy,
Managed Firewall, Managed anti-virus, strong
authentication
