• University graduates with Business Major is preferable
• Excellent command of English language
• Minimum 3 years of experience Customer service From hospitality industry
• Exceptional communication skills
• Solid background in handling customers
• Enthusiastic , energetic & Creative
• Post graduate studies in marketing is a plus
• Expert MS office & Internet User
• Photoshop knowledge is a plus
